Like perhaps if a former 22% GP has been improved to account for administration expenses of 19% ....... i.e. increase the GP to 25% and reduce the admin costs to 15% and hey-ho we just might be getting somewhere then what might the sp be? Hi tj2, it's just a legal formality in relation to the consolidation and renominalising the value of the shares. A document has to be filed with the registrar by the directors of the company to ensure compliance. This RNS is confirmation that it has been done.

required "demonstrating the successful implementation of the strategy to focus on higher quality, higher margin business" if the GP margin remains as is, then what about cutting the admin/overhead percentage to bring it all into line? The right direction, without doubt but a long way to go.
