I have just read the new letter to the BOD. I have removed myself from the group.

That seems like a very sensible starting point Bav. If people want to raise their concerns then they could send their own letter. If the company are getting similar questions they are more Likely to give a full and accurate answer.There are so many sharks our their with their own interests being paramount.

I would be happy for a real world meet up. I am in the midlands.

Trellis sent the letter to a few people a couple of weeks ago, for comment.

The letter is futile without the accurate number of REAL shares it represents. I have offered to send screenshots of my shares. I will not support the letter until some form of validation of shareholding takes place. The company will likely ask for the same proof before taking any demands seriously.

I can only speak for myself, I believe there will be plenty of spread betting going on an these gamblers could easily state they have several million shares and with out a check we will never know.

I suspect we have a lot of posters who have sold out and are now looking to make this board a whinge fest. Maybe some snowflakes out there, it is nearly December after all.

We are where we are, no genuine shareholder wants the share price to be at the current level but it is due to the recent poor drill results.

I think you need to make your decision about the deal, I have and I think that it is not as bad as the share price is indicating.

Ultimately I think we are going to have put up with the numpties until they get board. Any way a couple of days of blue and long may it continue.

The numbers for the revenue if we maintain our 23% are very significant. Over $30 million a year for Sound. I can see us undertaking a couple of exploration wells a year and also getting a dividend. Our share of one well would be approx 3 million and with all of the exploration team moving over to the JV the sound Energy running costs are going to be very low.

I think the 50p value that Malcy has mentioned about the deal looks a little optimistic with the current discovery. But if they find 600BCF at SBK then we could see some interesting times.

My guess is OGIF are now pulling the strings and want a return, this deal provides regular revenue with plenty of upside in exploration.

I might be wrong, but after the lates analysis of the pressure build up at TE7 in March 2019; we have far less wells to drill because of the enhanced volume of gas that each well produce. So we are we are in a far better situation than that old RNS.

I am happy either way. From email exchanges with the company there may be funds left over from the initial carry portion of the deal to undertake at least 1 exploration well.

The deal covers all infrastructure and costs to first gas...

Pipeline
Processing facilities
Producing horizontal wells
Service of infrastructure.
Other associated legal and regulatory cost.

He does say that sound has 50p of value, and it appears he is just talking about EM.

A shareholders are treated equally, independent of when they bought shares.

Sound will take a non operator status in both Eastern Morocco and Sidi. This can be the only explanation of the exploration team moving over to the JV.

Let’s say we keep 14% of EM and 30 % of Sidi. Our share of capex for EM is 100% covered to first gas. We will get a deal on Sidi to cover the most of our share of the initial lump of Capex.

With very very little running costs we will just sit back and take the revenue.

If I was the Purchaser I would currently be on the phone to the BOD, negotiating for the whole company.

If they put a bid in of 15p , they would be spending I very small amount more and get in the other half of the eastern Morocco and Sidi.

That’s how misunderstood this deal is....

Eventually people will wake up and see the value.

When sound start paying even 1.5p a year in dividends, the Sp would be well north of where it’s is now.

I can only speak for myself, i am greatly concerned that the shareholder groups are being infiltrated by non shareholders. They may have alternative motives, share betting against Sound. CFD positions against Sound. Or even worse a pleasure in causing misfortune.

I have mentioned to Trellis that I think it must be made mandatory that members of the share holder group prove their share ownership. I have offered to prove my position.

People who have sold out have closed their position, they can start an ex shareholder group. They have a different agenda. They no longer have skin in the game and consequently not be affected by SP movements.

all Being well in a Few years the Horst will be producing $170 million of gas per year.

That’s without any further discoveries.

Don’t forget we are carried until first gas, no capex at all.

Everything paid for to get to that first gas continuous payment of approximately $30 million a year.
And this is in addition to the first tranche.
