I am not sure why any PI would not want more details. The company will supply more information if they can. If the can’t they won’t.

I have signed up for Trellis to ask some questions, he does not have the mandate to make any demands, suggestions or provide a commentary from PI. He is just asking questions.

I think that PI must be missing the reason for our recent decision to join together. It is vehicle for communication with the company. We are not asking for anyone's head on a plate, we are not undertaking witch hunt and we are not interested in abusive communications.

I am interested in the answer to the questions I have asked, I am also interested to see what questions other PI have asked.
I am Concerned about the JV (some of these concerns have been reduced by JP email posted earlier) and the 9%.

Why would any true invertor have problem with joining together to ask questions ?

What are the numbers looking like now? I am glad to here that you will be robust but professional. Anything less will not produce the desired results.

As far as I am concerned the desired result is more information about the deal, more information about the status of sound and a demonstration that as PI we can organise ourselves into a group with a significant shareholding.

Correct, this not a witch hunt. We want to be careful we don throw the baby out with the bath water.
I just want more information and we also need to understand if some aspects of the draft agreement can be changed.

I do have suspicion that we will get an RNS tomorrow.

I mentioned Malcy valuations earlier today. It certainly makes me consider the possibility that we had similar value deals, but with a complete buy out.
I am guessing these deals are now for the time being off the table.
Our current deal is not yet signed, so we still have time to make changes to the draft version of the agreement.

I have 2 changes that would make me support the deal. The JV needs to be listed and we need to removed or at least reduce the 9% option for the purchasing company. These 2 changes are not impossible.

Also

Let’s not forget the “purchaser” is paying $160million for half of our share to get to first gas.

If we can get a few parts of this deal clarified/changed then we may still have a acceptable value proposition.

Agree with some of what you say. I would want the JV to be a listed public company and get rid if the 9%.

Trellis will be sending is a series of questions, that is all.

There will be no demands, no lines in the sand, Trellis does not have the representation to demand any actions, it is purely a group, that is asking questions as a whole.

The number of PI and total number of shares those PI represent will hopefully add weight to the communications and show the company that we are series about our concerns.
