From my Recollection I met Ponkey in the Pub prior to the Gherkin event. Looks a little bit like Larry David, but with a little more hair.

The drilling and the GSA are not really related. We will sign the GSA as soon as negotiations are complete irrespective of drilling timeline or outcome.

The BOT is conditional on a binding BOT agreement but not further discoveries. We believe Enagas et al are putting up the equity and will source the debt from banks. So far we have signed a Heads document which entitles us to a free FEED and initiates BOT negotiations.

that's a good idea lets all do that. imagine how low we could get it by the end of the day maybe 5p if we all worked together, and then we could buy back in lower, might be a bit of a scramble.

If we did this everyday like you suggest I am pretty sure if we planned it really well with the like of TW and a few other experts we might even be able to get the company to a level were they can't raise any more cash...….Hang on a minute....that's not a good idea at all.....WTF lets do it anyway

The one thing that is inevitable is we will all have a lot more information about the basin by Christmas. The drill is turning, it is driving towards a the TAGI which has always bourne GAS. It has the potential to prove the basin model for this type of play (many TCF) and I would guess it is one of the most studied drill location in many years.

I am not a believer in conspiracies, but a little bit of manipulation of the SP during this drill might be beneficial to some entireties.

Nobody knows what the SP will be if TE9 is a duster. But don’t forget we have the TE5 Horst
, Sidi Moktar, TE10 And TE11 and no need to raise cash. I would not be surprised if JP has a deal in mind if we have failures and I would not be surprised if they are north of the current SP.

But just imagine if TE9 comes in and then TE10 does the same, you will forever kick yourself, thinking I was so close to that life changing deal, and I let it slip through my fingers. I can live with an eventual LE at 40p if we fail in this campaign. But I could not live with myself if I missed out on £3 plus a share.......imho.

For me its all about momentum, we had badile, TE8, trading plan, the massive seismic delay and then the Deep dive. one domino after another of poorly received information.
Now we are sitting on the cusp of a very big exploration well, with a COS over 30% (TE6 was 22%). The sesimic delay was for the benefit of this well, we learn alot form the failure of TE8 and the deep dive was not great, but at least shareholders must believe that we are drilling in the right place. Dont forget this is the company that picked the location for TE6 and TE7.

We have all of the ducks in a row for the development of the TE5 Horst with some very major players involved. I would imagine we have many things going on in the backround that we are unaware of.....

I would say that we are all now in the same boat and sailing with sound is not always a going to be easy. The real question is do we understand the risk, but more importantly the reward. The risk some say we are 25 % chance of success the Company line is we are over 30% COS, but for the more keen listeners of the deep dive they let slip that the COS is over 50% (have a listen).

If we have a couple of dusters, pit the shares in the bottom draw, don't sell and wait for the TE5 Horst buyout, this could easily be 40p and this is with sidi as a freebie.

But lets just say it is 50/50 that we get a success at TE9, with all that it proves up we could be at £2 before you can get a chance to buy. For me at these levels it is a no brainer. the odds are right at this price.

yep very odd L2. Very Odd automatic Trades. Very odd that we have a 850k sell order that has not moved down, Here is my guess as soon as the SP gets near it will drop off the order book. I have seen this before with trades on other shares and Sound energy. I will admit not at this value, but I would not be surprised. The MM are aware that we sometime agonise over these situations and try to see a message in the tea leaves. I would normally say that the MM would not be to bothered with such a small cap as Sound Energy, but all of the shenanigans with the trades today, someone is having a bit of a play around.

they are going at it. in the worse case scenario we have a TE9 duster then we wont have long to wait for TE10. People will sell, but it will become big buying opportunity.
From what I can remember about TE10 the initial part of it looks very likely to work (smallish amount of gas) the big big field proving up the play types seen in Algeria is more risky. But if that pays off we are looking at multiple TCFs.

the only time I can remember seeing something similar was the Friday before the week of 5 RNSs. There were low value automatic trades all day. mostly 1 trades. this looks very similar.
