Yes I think the size of the order is significantly large but the similarities to the size of JPs trade is a coincidence. His sells in the past have completed on the day as ordinary trades. His broker has never let a sell order be orphaned like the order today. So the MO is all wrong for a director sell.

SOff it is only a guess but I would imagine an order of that time may be know about before it pops on to L2. From what I understand L2 is not that great a tool. For 25 pounds a month I am not going to see the order details that a MM or professional trader can see or execute. But ultimately you are probably correct that if AIM is all above board then how could this order have affected the price before it was placed....

845k sell order at 36p put on at 1550. This explains the drop today. I would guess some if the CIP guys.

Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that it has signed Heads of Terms with a new Institutional Investor, Continental Investment Partners SA, acting on behalf of itself and entities it controls (together the "Investor").

The Investor has agreed, subject to due diligence and contract, to inject a total of GBP14 million into the Company at an average price, post warrant exercise, of approximately 9 pence per share (a 69% premium to the closing share price on 24 April 2014). These funds (net of expenses) will be utilized to fund the drill programme for the next year, including Nervesa and Badile. The Company continues to make progress on potential farm-ins and looks forward to updating shareholders in due course.

I think you may have bought in at the bottom. This BB reminds me so much of the Sound BB before Neversa 2. Hardly any posts hardly any trades and a SP at super low. I bought Sound at 7p and I never gone below that original big purchase. Strange to think that broker has us at NAV of 6.5 p and we are 3p. Again this reminds me of Sound. And then they undertook an institutional placing at well above the SP. and the company never looked back, let’s see with parsons as chairman if we see a bit of history repeating........

Well that was a pretty good week for the SP. Also strong end to the day. L2 algo trades working overtime to keep the rise in check. The clock is now ticking, the drill is turning and many want thier optimum exposure when we reach TD, the question is are you going to trade too late, my guess is the lows are gone. The latest low is 38.6. With Potential current underpinning of 78p without TE9 and all the other structures it proves up, be greedy at these prices.

Looks like some sort of iceberg buy order getting filled slowly not to move the price. I can sell my complet holding but cannot buy anything. Manipulation?

The clock is now ticking louder than ever. Take your positions, i would imagine that a few potentially large investors will want to be in before TD. If successful TE9 will help prove up the basin model. It far more significant that just one well.

Exploration bit surprised that you seem to know that there will be no GSA in the short term. Short term for me is the next couple of months. I would not be surprised if it landed before that. JP has been working on it for approx 1 year already.

I get the feeling now that the Drillbit is turning we may not see the GSA until after the 3 well program. Which is fine, but would like it to be now.

Totally agree abou the bargain basement price. I think it has been coming down due to the sound allocation being sold off by PI. On L2 on MM has been on both the bid and offer for weeks now. Just hovering up the shares and not letting the price rise when there has been buying. They appear to be happy to take the sells at this price.

The broker note was very very conservative, using the lowest price for the gas and no upside applied on resources. I would also say the way they have looked at the start up cost is also a little pessimistic. I would think some sort of BOT would be used rather than debt.

I suppose you are right. the SP is underpinned with TE5 horst. but I can see a rerate on TE9 happening. and then another rerate after a suspension on the LE.

by the way L2 back to its old tricks 19vs26 now and the buy order has dropped. oh well I am sure we will see more blue days than red on the way to christmas

Very interesting thanks Burton. So we have an analyst note that says are NAV is over 6p and it looks as though our new broker is far more professional set up. We have John M at the helm and we are on the hunt for assets. I just wonder whether we may do a reverse take over and have rerate in the SP.
I am not a chartist and shares like this dont really run a trend.

BUT one thing i DO look at is the yearly Bollinger band, it is good indicator of oversold or spikes. So at the moment CORO has just dropped out of the band, indicating very oversold. The last time it has done this in the last year we have had a massive reversal.

Anyway hope i am not the only poster of the day.
