Yep sensible post. And something I have discussed with Sound Staff. They wanted the big plays that would justify the infrastructure.

My guess even If they flow commercial, the seismic size of the structure dictates the infrastructure would be too expensive to get the gas to market. The TE5 infrastructure is going to be approx 250 million, I would not like to guess how much it would be to add to it, anybody with a bit more knowledge?

We who are still holding are now in the back of the queue to sell at a descent price. I get the feeling that we have lost our chance of equality with the those above.

But I do not have a problem with any of them as they must have held an interest in Sound or Tendrara to have sold in the first place. My issue is with the directors who have bought Zero shares, even at today’s price. The next time I buy any shares is when BM or JJ buy, which my guess will be never.

And before anyone’s starts banging on about it was my decision to invest in sounds, my answer is yes it was and it is my fault. But come on BM and JJ if the company is so great buy some shares, or do you know something us mushrooms don’t.

We got a taster of the insider info from Micky last weeks, imagine the vast amount of insider information we are missing out on that is now obviously being passed round. If it finds it way onto this BB then it must have been known for days beforehand, imho.

I am disappointed in the drill result but I have a real problem with directors not buying and insider information....us PI have supported this company for years with regards to the leaks I think we need to see some action taken...people would normally say rant over, but not by a long shot sorry.

After all the downgrades we still have a massive and determined seller. Big sell orders every few minutes. Who can blame them . Imagine what it is going to be like if OGIF start to derisk. And before you say they won’t. I think they already are.....

Deals Worth $80.9B Concluded in Upstream Oil and Gas in 3Q18

A total of 362 deals with a combined value of US$80.9bn were registered in the upstream oil and gas industry in Q3 2018, according to GlobalData, a leading data and analytics company.

Of the total value, US$44.5bn was registered in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Q3 2018, representing a significant increase of 77% from the US$25.1bn in M&A deals announced in Q2 2018. On the capital raising front, a total value of US$36.5bn in capital raising was announced in the upstream sector in Q3 2018, an increase of 19% from the US$30.7bn in capital raising announced in the previous quarter.

The company’s latest report: ‘Quarterly Upstream M&A and Capital Raising Deals Review – Q3 2018’ states that a total of 111 M&A deals, with a combined value of US$13bn, were recorded in the conventional segment, and 88 deals, with a combined value of US$31.5bn, were recorded in the unconventional segment, in the quarter.

The drilling and the GSA are not really related. We will sign the GSA as soon as negotiations are complete irrespective of drilling timeline or outcome.

The BOT is conditional on a binding BOT agreement but not further discoveries. We believe Enagas et al are putting up the equity and will source the debt from banks. So far we have signed a Heads document which entitles us to a free FEED and initiates BOT negotiations.

I asked James about the webcam updates and he volunteered the ground works information. I would guess that they are very busy with TE9 and that’s why they have not updated Twitter. But as usual JP responded within minutes......

Apparently when we finished ground works the electricity temporarily was switched off - am on it.

Some one was asking before if they are still getting an email response from JP.

I have all of my emails to and from JP in a email folder. They total 7 emails in 4 years. I emailed him this evening and as usual he responded in very quickly. So no problem there.

Good post Lucas. It is the price at the LE that is important, if there is no LE and we go into production I can see us drilling Sidi and we start this roller coaster all over again (we may all still be posting in 2025). I have now mentally written off TE9. I just cannot fathom why the price is well below the NAV of the TE5 horst. If we get a total of 3 dry holes then we will in my opinion have to wait many months to see a recovery in the SP. But we will see it raise well above where it is today....IMHO.

From what I understand the basic TE10 play has a very good COS, better than TE9. The more complex slightly deeper portion of the tagi TE10 analogous to Algeria is a bit more risky......but has a massive upside if proven
