What a poor RNS, reads as though they surely speak to BDO and no explanation for the delay. Why is this latest go taking twice as long as a normal one and why in February were they a month out, what are BDO doing?
Why nothing on how business is doing. So disrespectful to shareholders. I wasn’t expecting the accounts today as last RNS still value and this one more so.

Chaiwala, even if no results out why would they delist at end of April? (REVB has been suspended for almost seven months and not delisted). At least you now admit DKE hasn't delisted despite saying this every day for four months.

Mark had been one of the decent posters on here so I believe him. He would hardly post to ship Chaiwala up and as can see wouldn’t work. What Mark says ties in though with what we already know and these things take time to sort.

I have been here since last summer and posted on a regular basis. You don't seem to understand how FCA works. Funnily in December I was mocked for saying this wouldn't come back until February when others said January. This will not relist in March.
PS. The FCA will be allowing your beloved ITS to be delisted though.

Why would the FCA investigate.company is doing that. BDO didn’t restart until after investigation and given time they are taking they are redoing it and no guarantee accounts will be signed There are clearly things they are still not happy with but expect they will sign them off next month based on last RNS.
They will be released along with an RNS explaining how issues have been addressed. Company will then apply to be resisted and FCA will then evaluate whether the company is suitable to start trading. Given the issues and fact is in no hurry to start trading I may have Ben optimistic in the FCA taking a few days. Assume relisting in May and if earlier a bonus.

Do you really think that after fraud and a forensic investigation the FCA are going to improve reinstatement in 15 minutes? Clueless.

The suspension won’t lift automatically. Assuming the company are allowed to commence trading again that will be several days after accounts posted. This won’t be trading until Spril at the earliest maybe later has last RNS wasn’t positive about results in March just another update which we will get next week.

This is down to BDO and Medichem valuation. Likely more the latter as surely even BDO can't take three months to tidy this up when a normal audit takes much less time. Also odd why no updates from company on trading. Bizarre way to treat customers.

Gazzard is an oddity - still down as CEO on DKE website but on LinkedIn he claims he is a DKE NED.

I should add the update wasn’t clear as didn’t explain what the issue is; albeit we all know he reason.

Many people do that has too scared to tell husband or wife the truth. However I do agree about posting the update o their website given they didn’t have to say anything. But that was six weeks ago and they are clearly struggling to get the finance in that will allow audit sign off as a going concern.

Update needed and as others have said why not just shut up shop. As for delisting it depends on position. REVB been suspended for six and a half months and not delisted although they expect accounts to be signed off in next few weeks. Worth noting they haven't been much better at communicating than REVB. Why do so many companies, the majority maybe, take shareholders for granted.
