There are too many companies on stockmarket in UK that are much too small; seem to have no staff just directors using company as a vehicle to get nicely paid via placings and jam tomorrow. Appreciate this isn't on AIM but is there much difference. TW isn't everyone's cup of tea but he does seem one of the few calling out directors and the FCA.

The Registered office and accounts deadline have changed which meant somebody did something and why do if delisting. But they were done some time ago yet still no update on what is actually ahppening if anything. Disgraceful behaviour and shows that the stock market is so badly regulated.

The doomsters haven't stated the rule that states it will delist. I don't think it will as many companies have been suspended for many months and not delisted. Note REVB was suspended on 1st September due to late accounts but not delisted. So why will DKE be delisted when it was suspended two months later? If accounts not posted by 28th February then CH will eventually take action to get company closed down.

It is odd they come back and first thing they do is kill share price and any positivity. At least a small spread today.

Nobody seems to know the relevant FCA rule. The shares will certainly be delisted at end of April if still suspended.

Sunak, who still seems to be adding up the amount of money he threw away via fraud. As for BDO it seems they have problems with quite a few companies; hopefully they will be ditched afterwards by REVB. Maybe they had already been given notice which may explain their behaviour.

Most audits are done in a month or two so BDO are really taling the Mick here given how much work was done originally plus in forensic audit. Overall adisgraceful way to treat shareholders who have £1000s here. To be fair I did say a few days ago we wouldn't be relisted until March and I was mocked for my troubles. People need to read RNSs and then add more caution.

Be careful, DOME was pushing MCL a week ago. Hopefully ITS will do better.

Mark, they haven't changed the financial year end, still 30th April 2022. The change is the CH site now says they will report 10 months after year end and not 9 months. i believe you are only allowed one extension so we have new final final deadline of 28th Feb.
