This delay must be down to BDO and lack of resources. To think in Jan I wa mocked for saying we would resist until February rather than January!
As others have said this is a total lack of respect for shareholders who will have money tied up for seven months during a period when stock market is doing well.

Shocking how long this is taking; Thiught e had to delist after six months so nothing on that. Won’t be trading now until early April at earliest.

Ignore Chewit - one minute she says it is delisted then not then will be then has a link, etc. he doesn't know the diffeence between delisted and suspended. As for the company can only take what they posted on website as good faith. Wiorth noting that a bigger company in a similar position with looming deadline, REVB, is also not communicating with their shareholders. Regulators are useless.

Almost seems BDO have brought in a new team to redo the whole audit given how long it takes. To be fair to them I suppsoe they couldn't start on this second phase until they had conformation of forensic audit completion and given they are short of staff they may have struggled to get people in place especially the original team. As seems the case with most companies the shareholders are just kept in the dark and pretty poor no RNS update when Bob is replying to individuals.

There will be an RNS posting the final results and then one saying suspension will end and a few days later trading will start.

It is very poor management of shareholders. Clearly BDO have no staff or are dragging their feet as it shouldn't have taken nearly five weeks to tie things up after the forensic audit. I assume REVB don't want to put out an RNS and upset BDO as they will go even slower. If there is any other reason for the delay they should put out an RNS.

Chaiwala you are correct it won't relist this month as it hasn't delisted. Do you know the difference between suspension and delisting?

Chaiwala, very funny. How will it delist in two weeks as earlier you said it was already delisted. Note there is no point deramping this as it is suspended.

If it was delisted there would have been an RNS. The Chaiwala poster seems to be confusing delisting with suspension. Nine and half working days to see what hapepns - REVB in same position.

SL, it is now becoming a joke. We are a month in after the RNS on the investigation. As much of the audit was not questioned what on earth are BDO doing. The reposnse from Bob below seems to show frustration and almost implies nothing imminent. Shocking and hopefully they will change auditor now.

Err Morningstar shows HALF year results are due on 15th Februarynot the overdue full year ones.

BDO do seem to be taking the mick here. Are they redoing the forensic audit, got no staff or linked to the Medichem independent audit? As others have said an official update would be good.

Near future another to be added to the timeline of company BODs along with shortly, soon, several, etc, some define near future as between 1 and 10 years. Hopefully in our case it will mean days. Odd how if a manager you would never get away with such vagueness with directors but shareholders, we they can guess.
