PWhite doesn't seem to know much about finance. She says accounts may come out but that DKE is not agoing concern. In reality the accounts aren't out because it is not a going concern so until fresh funding is obtained the accounts won't be out. Also the share won't necessarily be delisted at end of April.

Hard to know what is going on. Gazzard's LinkedIn doesn't give much hop as does lack of RNS comms but on flip side why change company address and post on company website.

That LinkedIn seems to be a lie unless refers to six years ago. He is down as CEO on rcent DKE RNSs but then again accoring to LinkedIn he has a full-time roll as Business Director at Masdar Arlington Energy where he isn't a board director.

The Urban Dictionary seems to have sussed out the DKE BOD:
"A phrase often described to something that will be done within a short time, the near. Nobody knows how long the near future is, its a mystery. It is often used to shut people the f**k up when they will ask when something will be done."
"A more or less fictitious point in the future that will eventually occur.... never."

Maybe if you pay your debt to him he will give us an RNS. a few rounds should guarantee a good RNS.

The last RNS was poor and begs question wh as t BDO are doing. Remember in August they said twice accounts would be out in weeks. Seven months later they say another 5 or so weeks.
As others have said they be giving the authorities some reassurance else we will be delisted.

Chaiwala, I didn’t realise DKE has delisted. When did that happen? Perhaps you can post the link or maybe you don’t the difference between suspension and delisting. If latter then should really be posting on BBs?

Doesn’t mean they will be delisted. REVB now suspended for over six months and still listed. Don’t panic.

This is just another example of how company BiDs treat shareholders with disrespect. They must know people are concerned but cannot be ****d to say something.
As for going forward I assume they will get fined for late submission and in two months time they may be delisted but not likely.

CH now have accounts overdue! Tell us something we don’t know.

No news is good news as not gone but yet. let’s see where we are on 28th of April which is the next deadline.

Chaiwala; rules state a company is de;listed if suspended for more than six months but even then the FCA can allow an extension. REVB is two months ahead of DKE in terms of suspension so lets see what hapepns to them in afew days but they have made clear their accounts won't be published until late March a month after CH deadline.
As for DKE all depends what they are saying to LSE,FCA and CH.

Agree and weird website statement never put out as an RNS. But REVB are even worse given they are a proper operating company. I assume we stil have until 30th April before delisting so still plenty of time.

Seems post from a Chailwala thread have been deleted. Not sure why people think it will be delisted as taht is normally done after being suspended for six months and this hasn't even been suspended for four months yet. Look at REVB which has been suspeneded two months longer and won't be delisting - can get an FCA extension even after six months.

For a laugh worth reading the three RNSs in August last year. 2/8: results out on 30th August; 11/8: whoops BDO found a few nasties but results will still be out by end of August; 30/8: results delayed due to what BDO found so share suspended but don't panic (thanks Bob) as they will be out in a few weeks (mid-Sept). Useless and does the new CFO know what she is doing. Magic "round about" joins near futue, shortly, several weeks, etc. in the UK plc lexicon of we haven't a clue timeline definitions.

Agree with Silverlight. They had completed teh audit by end of August but found issues which were mainly being addressed by the forensic audit. That was completed six weeks ago so outwardly little for BDO to do unless they don't agree with the forensic audit. I expect reality is BDO had no staff available to start straightaway. Whatever, I think today's RNS should have given shareholders some reassurance we still have a viable business. All we got was a curt one that effectively said stuff you shareholders.

Setting the 30th a Thursday then gives them the next day to get approval to start trading with an RNs then stating trading on 3rd April and thus a one month suspension extension. Given last year they said audit would be done by end of August we can only hope they are getting better.

Silver light thanks and thought so but they could have said that. Could also have company performing well or something in how business is going. Will be almost a year with no proper update.
