Agree unlikely but if was to happen they always seem to find away as plenty of companies gone private recently with shareholders getting no premium. Most PIs don't vote and normally the company only needs 75% of those who vote. Sadly PIs seem to be at bottom of the pile these days.

If Monto takes this private he won’t be giving us £2 a share, a lot less.

Oddly only on Friday that Bear was predicting an interday RNS with a boom on Tuesday.

Hereshopin- I agree with you and what a weird comment by Bearhunter. A novel idea investing in shares you cannot trade and of course could delist which would make Bear even happier as never have to trade REVB again.

As for the company the monthly RNSs are a sad comment on the company who are treating shareholders with contempt. No comment on why accounts still delayed or on company performance. Holders are reasonably calm as still seems a business but then all thought it was in good shape last July.

Hope and expect are words we get in an REVB RNS! I thought the latest TNS was vaguer than the previous one and with less detail. Based on latest one sadly looking at June or July now. Time LSE stopped this charade.

Apols re. Terrible spelling earlier. As others have said why have LSE not delisted REVB? Does this mean the BOD are giving LSE more information than shareholders? To me the lack of company update is the real contempt to shareholders.

Not good and with two bank holidays com ing up thos sin't going to be sorted to well in to MThis is shocking and surely must mean there are other things in the closet as shouldn't take over four months to wrap up an audit. To think latest RNS is less positive than any in August 2022.

Is there any point in IR. Each RNS has names of so many people on the bottom but all seem incapable of reading an email and replying to it.

I agree with Fintech. If there was nothing happening DKE would already be dead. They want to keep it going so will be interesting to see why

The hold up must be due to auditors either dragging out, no staff or found something else. Either way the company must know and if not compete this month tell us why. Also odd why no updates on company performance.
Almost as though management are happy running REVB effectively as a private business.

This will run to May. Would be good to know what BDO have been doing for last 3/4 months to add to their earlier 4:5 months. Nice earner for them.

Hopefully and that the rumours all come true.
