Do BOD want us out of suspension asap or not? I assume they do. Are there more hidden issues? Would have thought not else would have had an RNS. This issue seems to be BDO taking their time. I would expect BOD to be in weekly if not daily contact with lead auditor and getting feedback on timings and this will have been basis for the RNS timelines. Holt seems frustrated as doesn’t seem to see any light at end of the tunnel.

Maybe 404 who may work for BDO can enlighten us.

UK.Investor, Holt could give updates on how well or badly the company is doing. As for the audit why not just say what is holding it up - they did on first audit and the forensic one. I expect the accounts will now come out in June and I was laughed at in Jaunary for suggesting February as that was too long!

Holy can’t say much but those emails don’t read well. Disgraceful they won’t say what is going on. The audit rerun is taking twice as long as a normal one. Shareholders should be told why.

All odd. No business update is down to the BOD and poor we have heard nothing since last July. The audit is weird as the second one taking longer than any normal one despite two previous audits. Would have expected would take a month not four. If the delay was due to an issue would they not have put out an RNS. One can only think down to BDO incompetence and BOD too scared to criticise them.

Also begs question what are regulators doing?

Given timings I expect the CH struck off threat was linked to accounts and not confirmation statement. As such they must have reassured CH that accounts were imminent so hopefully in next few weeks. Will be interesting what comes out of suspension.

Re. Struv a strike off normally occurs if Confirmation Statent or Accounts are over due. Now discontinued means DKE have contacted CH to reassure them and I think this is linked to the accounts.
