Lake seems to have been a disaster and Holt hardly bigging up the company and many on here were disappointed with recent financial performance so one can see BOO's point. I expect they will win as most PIs won't vote but will depend on what the ex-directors do. As others have said this needs to be back trading before the AGM.

Re. Knowles, the major shareholders are the ones who will take it private. Can easily be done as only need 75% of those who vote to suceed and history shows most companies achieve this. Instead of questioning posters on here maybe you should question the board. The norm is that if suspended for late accounts, then suspension is lifted once accounts are posted.

Here it hasn't ahpepned and Bob Holt does't seem to have a clue why suspension not lifted. In case you have forgotten he is the CEO of REVB and seems as clueless as Elizabeth Lake. Which bring us back to the start - maybe in their interests for REVB to go private or be taken over. Seems no other explantaion to explain their incompetence.

If the BOD want to take this private they can easily do so and maybe in their interests. Doubt they will be Holt needs to up his game and communicate properly via an RNS on why we are not back trading. His ad hoc responses/insults make him look very unprofessional.

Having led us through the shortest day can he keep suspension going to the longest day. Four working days to go.

I suppose one has to give some latitude given your name, but Holt's response is terrible. Apart from being rude, he certainly comes across as stressed. Why can he not explain to his employers why REVB cannot come out of suspension? is he actually working with a bidder as not seen anything from him bigging up the company he is supposedly running.
