Funnily she set it up by mistake as RHM Group and had to change the name to RMH. If she doesn't know her own name....

Interestingly she set up RHM group on 23rd May (Rachel May Horsefield). She stopped being a THG director in 2020.

On LinkedIn she is still down as CEO of Beauty at THG, but THG LSE BB say she was sacked for under performance. Certainly doesn't seem a big hitter so all three BOO nominations appear week or have history.

Will be interesting to see how it plays out but BOO seem confident whislt the last REVB RNS rant was pretty desperate. Company certainly isn't performing as well as most on here thought. Problem is that BOO are hardly a successful company. Also given their approach I assume they discussed with REVB BOD having one of their own directors on the REVB BOD but where rebuffed. Doesn't look like we will get SP uplift may of us thought.

Pumpky I agree.current BOD have been poor on many fronts and I expect BOO will win if only as people are fed up with this dragging on.

When and why did she leave THG. Quick Google search says still there so must be recent.

Current BOD now have too many enemies and in a weak position. They haven’t helped themselves by poor combs and still having company suspended and still no date for trading or explanation for the delay apart from blaming BOO. Latter are poorly run but ruthless and May take company cheaply although I would think a 30p bid would voted for.

I don't know why we are still suspended and latest dvelopments seem to have put trading on the back burner. Certainly Bob Holt seems to have forgotten he is head of a PLC. BOO are terrible but Holt and Lake aren't helping their cause and expect most shareholders would vote for a BOD change unless these two up their game and actually communicate with their shareholders re. what is going on.

AGM will now be sometime after 7th July now. Still nothing on lifting suspension.

Bob Holt and Elizabeth Lake had an opportunity but can't imagine many think they have performed well over the last 9 to 12 months. Can see why BOO are doing this and almost certain they will win given many shareholders aren't impressed with teh BOD and will be glad to be out with some profit. Sucha shame.

Well upbeat or not BOD's would at least say we don't agree with BOO. Standard RNS seems all Bob Holt can do. Clearly not a happy person as can be seen by recent reply to a shareholder.

That RNS isn’t upbeat; do they know game is up.

IKN - Lake was appointed May 22 so she was CFO for most of the period covered by the latest interim results.

Hosai - I agree BOO are crap but shows how weak current BOD are if BOO have audacity to do this.
