If BOO have 26% then looks like 8% of total shares voted with BOO. Remember only 39% of shares were cast as votes.

Interesting, sacked but back. In an earlier RNS it said the two NEDs would only be appointed once suspension is lifted. As they voted to reinstate the three sacked directors do BOO have a claim or will now wait until the GM. Expect will as they seem to have voted for Schwarz. Also looks like some shareholders voted with BOO. Interesting games but expect we will now be back trading this week but maybe SP not rising so much until uncertainty is over.

Chaiwala seems quite positive about DKE now accepting they are working on a deal and to think 4 or 5 months ago he thought the company had delisted. Hopefully he can buy in at agood price on opening.
