Radika, REVB was suspended because accounts were late as BDO would not sign them off; there was then a forensic audit and the BDO redid audit and after 9 months accounts were signed off. Original directors allegedly involved in fraudulent activities that overstated finances. However , as with DKE share were not brought out of suspension straightaway as seemingly FCA or LSE wanted more assurances on financial viability of company and internal processes. View on REVB BB was that few other companies could meet the criteria.

Ultimately the shares started trading after 10 months.

Thanks Michael. The FCA are renowned for being useless and rarely do what they they told you their remit was. Ensuring company communication with their owners maybe should be part of their remit. Larger companies do it but why not insist companies have to give a quarterly update to their owners. Hardly hard work as the BOD will e getting monthly reports. I know this isn’t AIM but too many companies treat their shareholders with contempt.

Dragging on and only positive I see is that we are not de-listed and that the BOD seem to want to get the suspension lifted. Whether they can is another matter but at least they are trying and see a reason fo continuing . If they see no light then surely they would have thrown in the towel by now.
