Seems two ways. DKE Incorporation says we can call a meeting if less than two directors. CH has thee down (Adam, Dart and Gazzard) but are they still active. Normal route is via CA2006 rules where if 10% of shareholders ask for one then GM will have to be held. Not sure your position if no TR1 but seems you can call one.
