Bid now 40% up from day's low!

Better hurry up as SP now going up and hard to see what anyone would sell now having waited so along; a few more months is nothing.

The bid was dropped sharply in my my view so as to discourage selling and then MMs finding no buyers. Spread was also 20% at some points. SP stabilised now so will see what happens over next few days.

£13k of sells and MCAP down £350k. MMs have marked this down aggressively to protect themselves but at moment very few shares traded.

SP all over the place. Let's see where we settle at end of the day.

Chaiwala, I appreciate you had a falling out with Gazzard and are bitter but why not show some grace and admit you were wrong and wish holders well for the future.

Well the Margate air was good for Paul. We are now back to where we were last Autumn with potential albeit with no risk of being suspended for a bit. Few will be in profit at this price unless bought just before suspension so maybe no sell-off. Wonder where Chaiwala is?

Neil I agree with you on DKE, but would argue that REVB were also poor at keeping shareholders informed, with silence for months and again a mystery on why not re-listed. There communication was better than here but still unacceptable given their size and resources. Both DKE and REVB ar just two of many examples were shareholders, especially PIs, are treated with disdain.

Mark, very true. The only person in this sorry saga that hasn't complied with the rules so far seems to be our Mr. 10%. Can understand why Gazzard was reluctant to engage. FCA are also never going to give information to individuals on their engagement with DKE unless one had made a formal complaint about DKE.

The company is remiss though in not keeping all shareholders updated and in particular they should have stated earlier what they are negotiating with the FCA and what is the expected benefit to shareholders.

I am still of the opinion that there may still be a positive outcome else why carry on but we need to know what is at the end of the rainbow.

Thanks for posting. Mid dialogue suggest anther 4 or 5 months given how long taken to get here. As before I don’t see why they are varying on if not a reasonable chance of coming back.
