Re, Huttesman.Totalcorrecct it is actually excellent how each month the BOD are keeping us informed on the excellent progress made by the world's leading auditing company. Company updates on business sales has been brilliant and the IR team cannot be more helpful in giving full and frank answers to those who call them and the LinkedIn debates have been inspirational. Also a nice touch by the BOD to ensure shareholders have their money safely locked away and thus at no risk of being lost on spurious share purchases.

It is also a lovely sunny day so absolutely brillaint to be in one of the steadiest companies on the market.

Two days left else June as I expect BDO will be on half term holiday next week. As others have said we have had money now tied up for best of these thanks to the directors.

Time CH moved for a compulsory strike-off. Might prompt the BOD to do something. Although Holt is being criticised what is Lake doing? She should have helped sort out numbers and had a better relationship with the auditors. Given my company audits I find current farce well a farce.

I have misfortune to also be in REVB which has been suspended since Septemeber so early days here! Both companies poor on communications.

Positive is that if anything bad was holding things up I expect we would have been told. Almost as though BDO have brought a new team in to do the audit from scratch and in reality many audits take months, we just don't notice it as within the normal six month window. BDO certainly seem to need a PM as their shifting timescales are pretty damning.

Suppose Holt can’t say much but an odd response. Surely BOD talk to BDO so must know why taking so long. If nothing untoward then BDO are pretty hopeless.

What is the point of the IR team as they don’t seem to know what IR stands for yet on every RNS a long list of names and contact numbers. Jobs for the posh boys and girls? Maybe we should all ring them on Friday.

NNN showed how to do Temporary Suspensions today - announced at 12:03 and into liquidation at 12:28.

Looking at the Feb, March and April RNSs I think the April one is sadly the least positive. March one implied the BOD had a timeline from BDO whilst March had more of an update. April was perfunctory an vague.

404x get on with audit and stop posting on here. You do know you did an audit last summer/autumn then we had a forensic one so why you now need another four months is beyond me.
