To be fair many directors treat shareholders this way but worse for these small companies run by one man and his dog. I think they should have to update shareholders on the company at least every quarter. Most companies produce internal summaries every month.

Agree with you on that section and odd it says apart from Adam but elsewhere it states he agreed to stay as CEO and take an equity stake. If he didn't agree with the proposal why agree unless he knows it will never happen.

He must be compensating his family and friends well as SP a tenth of what it was a few months ago.

A lot of hares seem to be going for a delist often after failure by management who then seem to stay involved. Appreciate shareholders have a vote but whole thing seems rigged. Time FCA did something to protect sharehoders and take on rogue directors. Somone who has seen this collapse in mcap should be serving time.

Why on earth would Baaj want to retain a serial failure as CEO. All looks corrupt.

The accounts were overdue in Nov 22 for LSE hence shares suspended. After six months of suspension shares can be delisted hence end of April but this doesn’t necessarily happen - see REVB. Companies House had longer deadline for accounts - end Feb 23 and now this has been missed the company will be fined and CH will move for dissolution of the company. Given deadlines for LSE and CH now passed we should be given a proper update on what is happening.
