Cost of filing the accounts - that isn't the issue - they produced the accounts sometime ago and engaged auditors. Auditors won't sign off the accounts hence suspension and inability of DKE to publish the accounts.

Well weirder and weirder - if Progress is taking legal action then they must have been told something by the BOD that we are unaware of. Reality is the FCA should be taking action against Progress. Pretty poor they haven't put in a TR1 - how many times do we compalin about hedge funds and others delaying TR1s to detriment of company and other investors.
Progess should complain to their adviser or if they ignored them look in a mirror.
Of the opinion Progress is now only here to wind everyone up.
