Worry is uncertainty. RNS on 1st gave no hint of issues but no timeline to complete which many companies do. The audits were completed on time during covid lockdowns so why not now.
Company should keep shareholders informed.

FTH; this is key when will accounts be published . Experience elsewhere suggests if suspension was only for late accounts, the share relists a couple of days after accounts are posted.

Michael, good work and suggest Zak Mir thinks it worthwhile to engage and didn't tell you it was a waste of time which might suggest end is not nigh.

Trout, you seem to have only ever invested to DKE and ORPH based on your premise and all but one post in last month have been on DKE.

Certainly odd for someone to carry on posting on a share BB, 18 months after they sold out. Having said that there a few posters like Trout around - they either end up being ex-employees or ex-lovers of the BOD.

In 2021 accounts there was £2m that could be overset in future against tax on profits and that should be worth something to someone.

Based on previous accounts the DKE audit was £40,000. Not a lot but maybe a lot for DKE.

Temporary suspension is just standard words; can lead to full suspension, administration or restoration. Normally company would say reason why accounts late and a timeline for restoration. Fact DKE haven’t done that May mean they think it is trivial so not worth mentioning it or there is something they are hiding. Hard to see how suspension helps the RTO.

Would be a bit risky unless they have inside on to the financial issues. Unbelievable it takes months to sort out on top of a supposed six month audit.

Only later one is here - was first one issued atomatically by FCA despite saying at request of company, whilst one at 08:03 was initiated by the company explaining why and seemingly rushed out.

FCA expect accounts to be published with six months of year end or suspended' HMRC actually require them to be posted in nine months. Shame they didn't give a timeline on when they expect them to be completed. This type of suspension has happened to quite a few shares this year and there does seem to be problems with lack of staff at some auditors.

At least REVB communicated on the issues even if story changed weekly. Odd here no mention of timescales as temporary can become permanent.

What an odd share over last few weeks - up down then no trades for an hour then up and down again. At least we are on an upward trend.
