There was a 327k buy at 11 though. We have even had a 1 trade so RNS tomorrow!

SP seems to have stabilised and few sells now. Volume low today - why would anyone buy 50 shares?

This is positive RNS. An update that DKE is still alive and a new broker who clearly wouldn't take on the role if not being paid.
Not sure what Muldoon below is smoking but the auditors do the audit not the broker. In this instance I believe Trout is correct. The auditors do not see this as agoing concern due to lack of equity after failed share issue. I expect Shard were blamed for this fiasco and Peterhouse now appointed to address the issues the auditors have raised.
I can't see this being sorted until 2023 though.

Nobody here knows what will happen. The positive from today is that Gazzard wants to retain the listing and appears to have plans for it. Is change of broker to start to move things on or punishment for Shard for messing up last share issue?

Good news and maybe recent PI pressure has brought an RNS which whilst not confirming anything suggests DKE is not going bust.

But it will be things in the past that the old CEO and CFO may have been involved in. Likely to be financial hit for previous years but big question is how well is business doing now?

I thought 11th October one was positive and had a reasonable commentary on what was happening. Since then all been very curt. The one saying couldn't issue 128m shares didn't say they were to work on a prospectus so seems that was it and nothing about the repurcussions to the company. Same with the suspension ones - first clearly triggered by FCA and second by company can be read either way given all it said was accounts not filed on time. My experience with other companies that file late is that they give a reason and likely timeframe or an earlier RNS explains why the delay. Others who go in to supsension such as MADE are clearly due to operational issues.
Here we haven't a clue what is happening. Doubt there is a 10% holder as if I owned that much I would have done a TR1 and been on to the company every day. Wasn't there a 30m buy on last day of trading and shouldn't that have triggered a TR1? If Michael has contacted Zak Mir then why isn't Mir pushing company to release some info? As this drags on I expect the next RNS will be early February stating company is finished. Hope I am wrong.

Rdika, well put and why hasn't the adviser helped fill in the TR1? Until one is filled the holder will get no response from Gazzard and doubt even tehn. Don't have many shares here but looks like a bad choice and should have done more research on the BOD. Gazzard is a serial company creator and destroyer which often suggests something dodgy. The company website doesn't seem to have been updated since 2018 apart from posting RNSs. According to the site the next AGM is in 2019.

On the 20th they said they would issue 128m shares but on 20th said couldn't issue them all without a prospectus so issue withdrawn but nothing on whether they would produce a prospectus. On 28th they issued 28m shares and then silence.

I would agree. The October RNS in my view was positive but at same time they must have known then the accounts wouldn't be signed off.
