Is view on board reeves with up CGT to match income. Ie. 40% for higher rate tax payers? Kinda skews the risk / return on shares

MM CEO probably a 30p (half current value) negative impact on SP. Board bring AN Other in would prompt market revaluation.

Don’t see it returning to £5. I’d be happy exiting 200p ish (underwater until early 100ps). And I don’t see someone offering 500p when trading at 60p. Nuts the 170p was not taken in hindsight (!) - Board have soft obligation to prove they made right decision then

Whether we like it or not Steve has point on ingenuity cashburn. Onus on Exec / Board to demonstrate it is paying off or will payoff in future. I would guess some thing like ingenuity scales with ease (ie not much extra cost) and as it gets bigger becomes more attractive to other etc… so a compound like platform growth if you will. Could really do with this ‘ramp’ if you will starting soon.

Separately, growth in India would yield massive massive returns. Here’s hoping they are making headway. Sponsoring an IPL team - better the strategic time out would be a class move for nutrition

At Crafty… market can’t be that dumb. Other than Exec / Board what is it that’s preventing the mkt from piling in. SoftBank went in deep (okay they have some massive duds) but no outfit has gone in since… in any meaningful way. I can’t figure it out

Absolute stonking cash raise / valuation. What did they see it in back then?

Human tendancy is to blab good news early.. that need for recognition. So expect it won’t be ‘great’ news (hope it is) and if good then maybe modulated so that it is fully seen in full year results. That doesn’t help my when will it get to 100p desire! The core issue here is it is very very hard to understand performance of various BU’s or for that matter what the Board is doing. Accordingly a ‘risk’ is priced in. Better communication would resolve that

I ask again. Surely it is (a) strategy update (b) some decent revenue figures (c) clarity on ingenuity (d) part sale of either beauty or nutrition to another who can scale it and req’s ingenuity services. This year would be great.

Should get interim results mid September. Hopefully with some more detail than historically. And it would be good to combine it with a strategy update.
