I would suggest then that it’s (1) how to communicate them. But I see this as unlikely. They’ll have had plenty of time to work that out. Or (2) attempt to align results with some other activity that is ongoing but that’s timeframe is not yet fixed. This is more likely. Hopefully it is something positive.

For results. Surely by now the accounts team (internally) know when to share them? Makes me feel a bit pessimistic. My thinking is they are reviewing how to communicate them, else why not share a date. Obvs I’ve got no insight but why hold off otherwise? (Some whopper of a deal could be a reason … but if that was in the offing I think THG inc. are too leaky a ship to keep it contained and we’d have got a leak or separate RNS by now.

Agree. Time for MM to deliver; explain or exit and allow a professional CEO to run business. Two years of failure following a catastrophe is unacceptable. BoD must recognise this too.

I would think £65m coming in would impact SP. Market cap is £95m as is. So a £65m slug on a successful OM is, one would think, material. If it isn’t I am an absolute clown. That may already be the case

Auto store Capital Markets day on 18th. So will be before that. Probably not 17th then as May eclipse Autostore limelight. If it is close to 18th then results had better be good else risk embarrassing major partner host their event at THG HQ

At Rock8 : this is a bit concerning. But since note you shared (thank you) came out on 11th July it may have been too short for THG to meet 6th Aug DL. -but- I would have expected the CFO and Board to be ready for this. If they weren’t that’s bad. If they’ve decided not to join 250 then explanation as to why is warranted? Communication at THG is so poor

Did anyone get hold of the Peel Hunt analysis. If so may you share a link. There was chat about it in board previously and I’d like to look at it again.
