How does what GGP have compare to what Solgold have? They went from 3p to 40p+ in less than a year between 2016 and 2017. Need to do my own research to know when to sell here but hope the maiden resources report give all lth the news we deserve. Almost 50% down on my portfolio so atleast if GGP comes good I'll be happy to finally breakeven.

Given the high amount of acceptances of the offer (over 80%), I think this Merger will get approved.

@5h4k35p34r3 67.1% to 75% isn't much. Andrea stecconi owns 4.72% and he probably would vote to delist too. If he does then that's 71.82% already. No idea how other directors/insiders would vote but wouldn't take many more to push this to 75% and then us PIs are shafted. Even worse they didn't even state a reason to delist, shows how much they care, as long as they can line they own pockets while fleecing us minnows! Hope for long term holders sake it isn't delisted as this isn't looking good.

What can pi's actually do? As this seems corrupt and wrong. They'll get their 75% votes no doubt considering bv tech own most of that anyway

Holding but not in group

Realistically as PIs, what could we do if this happened and management /directors were involved in shady/illegal activity? I've not been in such a position before so keen to hear from others who know more on this. Can't believe this has dropped so much and while I've a holding relatively small, feel sorry for those sat on big losses.

I'd rather vote for Vonk. Jonathan Tidswell Pretorius seems dodgy to me after the stunt he pulled with his shares
