While this share can be frustrating, Imo this has a lot of potential upside and if positive results continue then limited downside risk.
However, BOD ought to start doing some PR, Interviews etc otherwise this rise will die down...again
He was aligned with LTH and drove the price up. SD may have bought some shares and has some skin in the game but not without kicking us PIs while we're already down. Hope he can explain the massive discount in his next interview. Got a long trek back up to 30p now, not impressed.
And the brokers office too but no one available so left my details. Obviously they won't disclose any price sensitive info over the phone, but wanted to urge them to give the market an update seeing as it's almost been a month since our last SFB update. I'd suggest all genuine investors do the same and put the pressure up a bit!
How has this gone up almost in a straight line past few days yet there isn't a mad rush into this? Baffling!
Bought in yesterday after doing some initial research and cautiously watching in case of retrace. Need to do some more to research to understand the potential re assets/fracking etc
I know we'll find out in 3 days time, but if this means de-list from London stock exchange to move to ASX for example, and not referring to London South East, what would this mean for existing share holders?
Would the broker just move our holdings across?
As frustrated as I am with UKOG's past performance, trying to work out what this could be realistically worth in this current O&G market.
I came to a fair valuation of 0.67p based solely on revenues from HorseHill on following:
16.24b shares in issue (May 2022)
$90 average (£72)/ Brent Crude Oil barrel
200bopd average (based on 5 Nov 2020 RNS HH-1)
£72 x 200 = £14400
14400 x 300 operating days = £4,320,000 annual revenue
Average O&G industry P/E ratio = 25
4320000 x 25 = £108m
0.67p x 16,240,000,000 = £108m market cap
Current mcap £26m
The above is based on assuming HH-1 flow rates continue as reported in Nov 2020 RNS and excludes any value in the other assets (Loxley, Turkey etc).
Keen to hear other thoughts as my calculations e.g. 25x on P/E could be wrong.

According to the tweet (Link below), there has been a breakout to the upside on the ratio of miners/explorers to the Gold price. Hopefully PM stock prices will increase
