And..
As Robert Edwards and Peter Waugh are former directors of the Company, their participation in the Settlement Share issuance constitutes a related party transaction for the purpose of the AIM Rules. The Director, independent of the issue of the Settlement Shares and the Placing, being Harry Ansell, considers having consulted with SP Angel, the Company’s nominated adviser, that the terms of the issue of the Settlement Shares is fair and reasonable in so far as Shareholders are concerned.
Indicative of both their contempt for shareholders and their amateurism.
There is more info in the circular than through RNS. For example
The net proceeds of the Placing will be used for:
• Field activities and travel;
• Legal and administrative costs;
10
• Project divestment activities;
• Regulatory and licensing costs; and
• for general corporate and working capital purposes.
Well done Dave. Try this one

So, now and again there is a big prize among all of the shenanigans. Let’s hope Disko is one of them. They are rather unpleasant characters…
.. and I won’t mention More Acquisitions from which Rod resigned last week, after making no acquisitions but the company still spent close on half a million. A fellow director tried to oust him in November - read the RNS - you couldn’t make it up.
And what exactly is the role of he Kamesian brothers in these companies over time?
Politely, Rod is a maverick.
That’s them Snip.
Who did exactly the same at UFO except that Dundas became a DSO iron ore tenement that was shovel ready two years ago (still waiting) and the Disko is an old silver mine.
And Exactly the same at Whitecliff, where copper nuggets are lying on the ground waiting to be scooped up while we assemble another portfolio of stuff no one else wants.
I see a pattern emerging
I’m hoping for a great interview to give me cause for optimism. However, if K plans for Disko were about to be announced would you not find raise after because share price would rise? Unless the BOD wanted to get a last tranche at rock bottom price, perish the thought.
All of your logic is correct except for prices. Alien are quoting for getting it out of the ground as nd on a truck. Then to port, then store. Then to China. Go and look at Fenix, they explain both.
Second, when you fix .. do you really think you are going to get $130 for x million tons? Again. What are suppliers fixing in the real world for large contacts.
We might get 20 or 30 profit per ton and that would be marvellous. Don’t expect 60
My problem with m8 is not their owner, it’s is that they seem to be more focused on selling pharma through the usual networks and less so on direct to consumer. Unlike our European and US partners who are exactly that. Consumer marketing specialists. I haven’t looked in detail at them though.
Red, they should clarify the current cash position after the raise and current annual burn rate and expected burn rate after immediate measure (one assumes some redundancies and I hope they just jettison the worst prospects or give away for some shares like Metal One). They should … but I don’t have any expectations on that near term.
Rob E said 900k annual burn but not sure if that was after the voluntary wage reductions.
Worst case? We’ve bought a year. I’m assuming new directors take minimal salaries. Rod doesn’t need to for sure (see Whitecliff salary).
Do others agree on 1 year of life support approx?
Ashton. It’s a chat site. Take it easy.
I love your posts, in the main, as do many others on this forum. It’s great to have the detail and accuracy replayed so reliably.
My main criticism, which you can take as constructive advice is to stop with the allusions of knowing what will happen and then not giving us your opinion. Occasionally there is an actual prediction - like RNS first week of Jan, that doesn’t happen.
So put you on the spot. What do you think will happen to Bluejay in next 3 months? Your most likely scenario?
Is that supposed to be philosophical Ashbot? I think you will find that children are the most frequent deployers of the why question which is healthy position when trying to make sense of uncertainty.
I was rather hoping some of Whitecliffs cash would be used to buy one of our cast offs, as I suggested the other day. When did you start following Whitecliff Ashbot? Good spot though. Rods been busy.
