1. I’m with you and everyone else re Disko. Just nervous about K getting cold feet. I’ve been consistent on this.

2. I am Ashton fan. Again consistent, even if I am a bit critical of how he replays stuff and the tease regarding inside info (out of character for him to introduce hearsay which is why I keep picking up on it). He normally deals in fact.

3. What utter rubbish regarding Rod and Covid. He left shortly after announcing a potential split of Disko from other assets. He resigned right before the meeting which quashed this notion (presumably by major shareholders when we had some). He has admitted exactly that in last months interview. Absolutely nothing to do with Covid.

4. Why do you think I don’t read RNS? I do, but they are only part of th e story.

I agree piou, it was an ill conceived venture. He must have seen the writing on the wall for JAY as cash was running out and been aware that RE bold expectation settings were empty promises. I guess he also saw, over many years, others lining their pockets via inflated pay, share awards and off loading holdings with incredibly good timing.

My selfish hope is that he knew something about Dundas and surroundings that could yet benefit JAY and us. He knew something other than there is a lot of sand containing TiO2.

Maybe this was Ashtons fabled twist in the tail? Gold in Dundas!

Wonder what they are looking for. Plenty of Illminite resource with no takers (JAY and GreenRoc at Thule Black Dands), so why look for more of that?

While it is obvious to think that Joshua was building up a large exploration tenement around Dundas because of ilminite (because of knowledge gained at Bluejay), it struck me that perhaps he learned something else from the Dundas fieldwork. If you look up his research papers, I wouldn’t say mineral sands was his bag. But he has done stuff on gold in Greenland, for example.

I wish the Greenland authorities would publish who applied for that licence. It’s a huge area around Dundas.

Ashton. Two related questions. If K want to spend more on drilling this year, do we have to match them or is it their decision and the costs are all theirs.

If we regain full control of Disko in the event of no K drilling this year, do they have to match us or contribute in any way in 2025 and thereafter.

Yes Ralla, but it doesn’t have to be if they just tell the truth. Even if they just sack everyone and sell the assets. They raised £5m to drill a few holes in the sand at Dundas. It’s boll*x. I doubt if £2m actually was spent on that summer campaign, which by the way took over a year to produce a revised estimate of resource (normally a couple of months) via one of Rob Edwards old pals from SA mining days.

To be clear. I am a LTH. I would be happy to take 2p here and get some money back. Rod has a very dodgy track record and is a mining equivalent of a snake oil salesman but he shares our goals with JAY. But we need to expose all that is going on here. I do not for one moment think that K want to work with this outfit. But then again they set up the Cayman JV! Barrack Obama referred to Ugland House in a speech!!

A long term partner resigned at the end of January, just as selling commenced.

They share - exactly- the same PO Box as Disko offshoot, which you can only find via the Danish equivalent of companies house, in Cayman Islands.

The bad news, Red Knight, is that if K were getting cold feet because of having to deal with a bunch of muppets, those feet must be colder than a glacier on Disko by now.
