The bad news, Red Knight, is that if K were getting cold feet because of having to deal with a bunch of muppets, those feet must be colder than a glacier on Disko by now.
It’s time to start the music, it’s time to light the lights…
Looks like MLSA 380 was one of Joshua’s! Applied 21 December 2023. Wouldn’t it be ironic if Dundas is back in play?
I’ve lost so much on JAY, but boy oh boy it’s by far the most entertaining pile of s**t I have ever lost money on!
I’m with you Kat, even though I desperately want this to succeed.
Given K understand the challenges in Greenland (to their cost during 2022 fieldwork), you would assume if they were keen they would give maximum time to get everything sorted in advance, not do it at the 11th hour. Makes no sense.
If they are keen, I really don’t think they want to involve JAY who are demonstrably incompetent. Would you?
Also, it doesn’t matter how big they think the resource might be, the flip is how much to get it out the ground in a challenging environment. Maybe it’s simply gone down in their priorities as they research ever more prospects. I suspect Disko is very much in the high reward / high risk quadrant.
Smiller, I fear it will be cash first as we must be running on empty. Or they would have said we are fine in RNS. That’s why Harry Ansell at WH Ireland is there. He just sorted a million to keep the lights on at JAY (where Rod and Troy are). Funny how the same names just keep appearing.
Hope I’m wrong.
Two concerns apart from no mention on team.
1. No mention on cash position. Did I miss that?
2. No mention on Anglo. Wonder if Troy put that together (his old employer) and it has gone cold.
Coincidentally AA released q4 update today. They have 8m tonnes of high grade ore piled up in SA waiting for a train. Out of a global 35m tonnes per annum. I’ve never understood why such a tiny volume would be of any interest to them.
Perhaps a few of you could look up Minedex. Type in Alien. See what conclusion you reach about the status of our projects.

You are missing nothing Chirpy.
Bluejay would have 51 of Disko and maybe a few million in the bank if they can offload some discredited Finnish assets and Dundas (good luck with the latter). And if K don’t drill it sends a clear message.
Plus anyone who had 2% of JAY will have, combined with K, control of Disko. They have time on their side and plenty of other prospects.
We have one prospect, not much cash, very little credibility left ..
I think I’m out. Will keep a few thousand for nostalgic reasons..
Apparently they are open to partners. But I think they mean partners to share the costs of mine development rather than hapless explorers who spend more money to reduce the JORC resourc.

And Amazon is back up to 5k+ sales in last month. Not up to the 7k+ at launch but nearly.
It’s totally marketing driven at this stage and needs reach. I wonder if Coopers are delaying in other markets as they are working out that it needs a lot of spend in year 1 to get it going, and as soon as you come off the gas the sales drop back down (apart from the repeat purchasers that you have converted).
Why would anyone want just 2%? My naughty conspiratorial self says that if K don’t drill they only have 49% at the end of year (potentially of only Greenland asserts). 2% would be useful then…
I must stop thinking negative thoughts!
We are now a much more focussed and efficient company that sells.. er nothing
Income from investments greater than sales…
Oh dear
I’m with you Iv.
The new strategy of Hope that Kobold drill, flog stuff in Finland and maybe drill in Kanga sounds awfully like what RE was doing?
It is terribly undervalued, but so are most juniors.
Ashton, is this the sting in the tail to which you have alluded several times?
Same old, same old for me.
Ashton, do you know when this changed? Also, can you explain the purpose of the related company in the Cayman Islands (Nikkeli Projects) set up in April 2022, just before the aborted separate listing and Rods resignation.
Guess it’s all back on the table..
