Logically you are right but this is such a mess. If I was AA and keen on Disko I would be talking to JAY and making an offer to take the whole 49 %. On the basis that:

Your credibility is long gone and share price so ruined you won’t be able to raise much £

Kobald will be glad to see the back of you and work with a more professional company

Agree. They will be after c£1m to allow an orderly sale of assets rather than a fire sale. I don’t think Rod and Co will take a salary but any remains folk (I.e geologists) will need paid.

LW. If you are at a loose end, maybe check out what Rod has been up to while away from JAY. There is the curious year at UFO with Troy. More bizarrely is the More Acquisitions story. Look at the RNS in November and December not to mention the ££ spent on failed acquisition. Then look up the cannabis company he is a director of with a fellow director called Herb. I kid you not. I could not make this stuff up. He for sure leads an varied and interesting life…

Totally agree rpg. Amazon U.K. was showing c7k per month sales in July / August and now 1k. I know there are plenty of other retailers now but it’s flatlining. Things don’t sell without marketing unless they have amazing word of mouth or thousands of intermediaries (ie doctors) pushing them.
