The takeover of WhiteFlame where he holds over 30% gives way more 80 mile shares but it all helps. I wonder if we are back to 2022 where his plan was to separate out Disko (hence the convoluted Cayman Islands structure of Nikkelli) but major shareholders objected (hence toys thrown out of cot and resigned). My guess is this is back in play. Why else retain the registration at Ugland House. Unusual.

Ace. As I pointed out at the time of annual results. At the back you will find that the Greenland licences had £2.26 m of commitments falling within 1 year (this year). They are still not fully funded unless they drop one or more or get more cash. Please read the annual report and look at this part. It’s important. They have lied about further dilution. This money is merely to keep the Greenland licences, albeit some of the commitments are for exploration. Go read and then tell us what you think?

And a tangential learning today. JAY owns a decreasing share in Metals One ( which is bombing). They have two projects. Kingrose manage one of those. About to start drilling. Second largest shareholder? Yep you guessed it! Contract award to one of RMs myriad of trash explorers
