My take is he explains the science well, I think he should stay as CEO of therapeutics division,but resign his CEO position in the diagnostics division which he has failed and bring in a experienced diagnostic CEO for that division.
Spreading himself too thinly over both divisions.
But Avacta is his baby and it would be hard for him to step down from any of the divisions.

Avacta will receive royalties on future sales of Astrea's purification products that contain Affimer reagents.

Astrea have gone on to build a new plant to
expand purification products and we are nearly half way through the 3 year deal expect big news on this soon.

The speed the SP has dropped and if it continues to drop the Avacta BOD will have some difficult decisions to make very soon.

With the MCap so low Avacta is a sitting duck for a opportunist hostile bid to acquire some of the best IP in the world.

What do they do if a bid comes along ,can they expect support of II’s and PI’s who are sitting on losses of 60% from placing price with some PI’s sitting on losses from all time highs.
A lot of PI’s would love to just break even again.

So if a hostile bid comes in,they need another way out.

1. They merge with Point Bio Pharma. This would leave BOD with some control of their own destiny.
Point Bio are similar size if not a bit bigger to Avacta more drugs further in their trial pipeline and also trading on the NASDAQ
Synergies would be fantastic with pre Cision and it’s a quick way off this corrupt AIM market for Avacta.

Also they could merge with F-Star Therapeutics again they will keep control being the stronger company. They are listed on the NASDAQ.
F-Star did a quick merger with a small US company to gain their NASDAQ status.
F-Star is run by Elliot Forster who is non-executive chairman of Avacta so Elliot knows all about Avacta.

I’ve never seen more bashers than investors in one day. All having a lovely chat amongst themselves. How caring of them all to come here and try and save us. A George Cross will surely be on its way to all. Templars misplaced his drugs again too I see. Wait til it’s up 1p and he’ll be doing backflips and yipees.

The U.K.gov went on national television and quite literally spoke of a sovereign test. Someone here posted Bojos official diary and it included a meeting with Avacta, ODX, ABDX, NCYT and others. A contract for billions was posted on Bidstats by the DHSC. ODX were given a 350m contract in principal. You’d have to be either really really thick or intentionally ignorant to proclaim AS misled us when he himself was being misled. We were all misled by the U.K. gov and I imagine the story is the same for most other countries. Cheap and cheerful won out in the end. AS mistake was to believe the U.K. gov was telling the truth. He couldn’t have foreseen the Porton down corruption, the frozen samples, the moving goal posts etc. we could have a test so accurate that it not only tells you if you’ve got covid but also the winning lottery numbers and the U.K. gov still wouldn’t have bought it. But………….. we hit 290. Many held all their shares all the way up and all the way down. Many traded and pulled a load out. Many got spiked and have left with a sore arse. But nobody here could have predicted the way it unfolded.
None of the above has any bearing on AVA6000. None of it. We’re in trial. We’re starting to dose at 50% above the standard dose of an extremely toxic form of chemo and yet AVA6K has been deemed safe enough. If we achieve our next DE then it’ll be a monstrous indicator. We’re within a couple of months of PK data. The bashers will stick around. I imagine many work for shorters, of course they do. I imagine many of the crazed rampers are employed too or are just out for themselves (since most PIs cannot short Avacta, they’d have no reason to be here other than they’re employed or want a cheaper entry, some like Vanilla seem to be on the turn. Be ready for Wyns change to ramping too).

It’s all about AVA6000 trial progression for now, with the possibility of some licensee news mixed in. DE, shorts closing and PK are the near term drivers. Look out for TR1s (no plus 3% holders out yet) buying or selling. What’s 10% of the Dox market plus and indicator of PreCision working as a concept and it’s target 56.5b dollar market worth to the SP? Current Mcap 155m.

Ignore the bores. As it seems all LTH have been. AVA6000 is not Affidx. It is not linked to a waning pandemic. It is part of a process to alleviate the suffering of a disease we will never be rid off.
