AVA6000 Trial has been giving patients 108mg Doxorubicin since 29th June 2022.
The independent safety committee have met twice since DE2 started and the trial continues.

Doxorubicin given at 108mg prior to this trial caused Doxorubicin Induced Complete Heart Block.

I wonder what is protecting the heart. :)

Moderna announce they are buying back $3 billion worth of its own shares on top of that they have $21 billion of advanced vaccine orders for this winter.

Now this is a company that know a lot about affimers in vaccines so if AVA6000 data exceeds expectations they could make a move for the affimer and precision platforms with the war chest they have.

From business update Feb 2021. There is a AVA028 not AVA027

* On schedule to select the next pre|CISION prodrug chemotherapy clinical development candidate from the pipeline by the end of 2021. Lead programmes include AVA3996 a FAP? activated proteasome inhibitor, AVA7500 a FAP? activated platin, and AVA7000 a FAP? activated taxane.
* Significant progress with in-house Affimer bispecific programmes towards selection of a clinical development candidate by the end of 2021. Two new programmes initiated, building on the AVA004 PD-L1 antagonist programme: AVA027, a PD-L1/TGf? receptor trap combination and AVA028, a PD-L1/IL2 bispecific.
* In-vivo studies of the lead TMAC® programmes ongoing to support selection of a clinical development candidate from the pipeline: AVA04-VbP and a second undisclosed Affimer-VbP programme.

AS has always championed licence deals with numerous companies to keep a steady stream of income and keep the wolves from making opportunist T/O bids.

Well it’s worked so far, the more licence deals he signs the harder and more complex any T/O bid would be.

With AVA6K sitting on the cusp of a cancer revolution what is going through the minds of any suitors at the moment.How do they deal with the following:

LG Chem
Point Bio
Astrea
TMac platform valuation
Moderna (?)

Diagnostic division
Mologic
Medusa

These have all got to be dealt with before they can even price up precision platform if they want to take out the whole company.

Now if AS is in negotiations now to licence AVA3996 knowing AVA6000 works and is the dogs b0ll0cks, and signs a deal.Plus the next two on the precision conveyor belt get licenced out before Data is released to the market.Then the big boys would have to dig very deep to try and break up some of these deals.

Licence to thrill for share holders is what I’m expecting.

On the 8th April 2022 Avacta issued 2 x RNS one at 7:00 am ref: Affyxell.
The other at 13:57 pm ref: change in voting rights.

They also tweeted twice that day the 1st at 7:00 am Affyxell but the 2nd tweet at 7:07 am tweeting they are presenting at AACR22.
