Launch Diagnostics

1. The Acquisition provides Avacta with an established route to market in the UK and a in house distributor for any future Affidx products coming through its pipeline.

2. Easier access to EU market with French and Irish subsidiaries bypassing Brexit restrictions to EU market.

3. Launch Diagnostics generated £14.17 million of non-COVID-19 related revenue in FY21, with total revenues including COVID-19 related products of £32.75 million.

This revenue allows Avacta to meet one of the main requirements for entry to the Nasdaq.

Nasdaq market companies are required to meet a net income standard of at least $750,000
