If results are better than pre-clinical AVA6000 could be bang on for Accelerated Approval.

Some drugs have received accelerated approval in phase 1 with ongoing monitoring of trial.

Imagine if AVA6000 received accelerated approval in 2023 it could happen.

Avacta need to get away from corrupt AIM market and I think having the Holy Grail cancer treatment NASDAQ would be a better place.

Neil Bell & Eliot Forster have both taken companies onto the Nasdaq.

The Company will update the Market on progress in this study in early January 2023, in advance of the Science Day.

12th January 2023. Early January.

In order to apply for listing on NASDAQ, a company must complete and submit to NASDAQ a listing application including specified documents and information. The application process generally takes four to six weeks.

This could be the reason for the wait between between update and science day.

This year Avacta submitted a poster on AVA6000 mice results to AACR, next year 2 months after science day in UK. Avacta will publish poster on first in human data.

This RNS also stopped the SP rot.

Life science research tool specialist Abcam updated the market on the cancellation of its shares on AIM on Monday, which it first announced on 17 October.

The AIM-traded firm confirmed that the last day of trading of its ordinary shares on AIM would be 13 December.

After that, the proposed delisting from AIM would be effective from 0700 GMT on 14 December.

"Abcam will retain the listing of its American depositary shares, each representing one ordinary share, on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ABCM," the board said in its statement.

"Following the AIM delisting, the company's ADSs will remain listed, and will only be tradeable, on Nasdaq."

Yes BV for TMac that was my point “did they see something” if AVA6000 don’t work TMac won’t work so you wouldn’t apply for another TMac patent.

Interesting this patent filed 12 weeks after AVA6000 trial started did they see something in those first 3 months……

If more bidders start to arrive for the Clovis tech they will be looking through their latest annual report which states it’s competitors on Page 21

Avacta Life Sciences Ltd. has two therapeutic platforms (pre|CISION and TMAC, short for “tumor microenvironment activated drug conjugates”) that are being used to target FAP and other ligands. The pre|CISION platform can be used to generate prodrug forms of chemotherapeutic agents that are inactive in the circulation. The TMAC platform is being used to design activated drug conjugates to help concentrate the delivery of chemotoxins to the tumor microenvironment.
AVA6000 is an FAP activated doxorubicin prodrug that is using the pre|CISION platform. AVA6000 binds to and is cleaved by FAP in the tumor microenvironment to deliver active doxorubicin to the tumor. At least one clinical trial (NCT04969835) is evaluating the safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of AVA6000 in solid tumors.

The only way Avacta would be able to keep AVA6000 is to do a JV with a big Pharma and retain a large percentage.
Patent expiry for pre/Cision is ticking and Avacta are years away trying to scale up to manufacture. A big Pharma JV would bring AVA6K to market years before Avacta would be able to do it.
Just look what Avacta have got in the locker,why spend so much time and resource trying to bring AVA6K to market when the biggest prize is TMac ,if still not taken out by then it would be best to try and take a TMac drug to market.
