Toxicity caused by off-target delivery is a longstanding concern of cancer therapies.

Could Avacta go higher in C5 with bigger doses than the 40mg rises they have been increasing so far.

Would the Safety committee allow this.

If they have seen No side effects so far would this be possible ?

So many things happening in the background with this AVA6000 trial.
Could Avacta reveal they have requested breakthrough therapy designation on the science day.

I’ve just asked my Dog what he thinks of the RNS last week and the AVA6000 trial.

He rolled over on his back with everything showing.

If having Chemo was stressful enough,losing your hair especially for women must be horrendous.

Nearly all women opt for the cold cap to try and save their hair in chemo.
The cost to the NHS is about £2000 per cold cap course.
Doxorubicin is one of the chemotherapy’s that has a high chance of the cold cap working.
But it is very time consuming typically adding 2-3 hours longer per session to their time in hospital for the patients.

The time saved and costs are massive to the NHS, that’s why AVA6000 will replace standard dox chemo and the other Pre/cision candidates coming along the conveyor belt will do the same to their targeted chemo’s.

Like Myles twitted once this data is public after science day the market, media and pharmaceutical industry will wake up.

We have also performed a number of tumour biopsies obtained from patients in different cohorts have also been analysed in order to confirm the release of the active chemotherapy, doxorubicin, in the tumour tissue. This analysis shows that AVA6000 targets the release of doxorubicin to the tumour tissue at therapeutic levels which are much higher than the levels being detected in the bloodstream at the same timepoint.
