Debt conversion 31 January RNS @1.1p+22mil warrants 1.1p . They borrowed 150k@11% pa from him already.(so have to sell before can convert more imo)
From 23 December no of shares in issue went from 32 million to 190 million (including warrants and "pending" placing) and 150k debt -not good imo.

GM needed for approval -read RNS.

Placing need GM for approval -read RNS so shares are not pre-sold imo that is why they are not 1p imo.
