Just wonder -Dr Satu Vainikka and Dr George Morris are no longer directors of the Company but maybe they are still on pay roll in newly formed subsidiaries as a independent advisers for example (so no employees ).
After all Dr Suzanne Dilly- has been an employee of the Group since April 2014 when she was appointed Chief Executive Officer ValiSeek Limited, a subsidiary of the Company so they are buddies imo.

As you know there are 10 mil warrants outstanding 5 mil @ 20p and 5 mil @ 25p worth £2 mil to SYM issued to Vincel /Indorama Corporation, Singapore.
They were happy to invest @12.5p last year when share price was @ 7-8p.
Surely they will be happy to exercise some when they are in profit on investment and on the money on warrants imo. gla
