Bitcoin spiked to over $20k in December 2017 and then retreated to as low as $3k and consolidated below $10k till November last year. Obc risen £1 mil. in January 2018 till now so they are having second shot at crypto and blockchain hopefully with better luck this time imo.

On positive side they have £1.5 mil. from recent placings so should be good for 1-2 years and have cash for investment/ development of Umbria and new projects.

I thought we are fallowing bitcoin and Argo price action but we are more "connected" to Ethereum blockchain and platform and Ether price imo.

I think it's cheap here: OBC owns 18% of advfn @ca. £1.5 mil. plus recent placing of £700k that 20p a share so OBC it's valued @ £2mil. Loss for last year was just £140k so should be good for few years without more placings imo.

Every buy tick up-not many shares available at this price imo.

Where you have this info from ? RNS said " exercise of warrants" so after we have more shares and more cash but less warrants -very few now imo.

Maybe warrants were holding this back -now they are exercised so recovery time for share price .

Yesterday was panic day in crypto world so everybody was selling but today it's different day and then you have tomorrow and day after and after ..... Don't panic imo and gla.

BOD needs T Anderson blessing without it they can do f... all, AGM first was due 17 September last year so they wasted a lot of time already. Maybe TA could do better job and if shares 10- bags after that who would say no.

After that they resigned new BOD get appointed and shares 15-baged.
That why I posted earlier " if resolutions are not passed maybe T Anderson should take company in different direction". ORM it's not in as dire situation as Val was at that time.Some changes are difficult but needed and scaremongers tactics are pretty low imo.

Details of this extremely value enhancing deal should be RNS-ed to all of us and should be conditional/subject to passing EGM resolutions. This way we will know what we are voting for and if not passed maybe T Anderson should take company in different direction instead of being kept in dark/loop imo.

We are back where we started -better that I expected .

Maybe he bought back, deleted some posts and will start ramping once more ;-).
