Summary
· The boards of directors of FV Beteiligungs-GmbH ("FVB") and Low &
Bonar PLC ("Low & Bonar") are pleased to announce that they have reached
agreement on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition under which the
entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Low & Bonar will
be acquired by FVB, a company wholly and directly owned by Freudenberg SE
("Freudenberg") (the "Acquisition").
· Under the terms of the Acquisition, each Scheme Shareholder will be
entitled to receive:
15.5 pence in cash for each Low & Bonar Share
· The Acquisition values Low & Bonar's existing issued and to be
issued ordinary share capital at approximately £107.0 million.
· The price of 15.5 pence per Low & Bonar Share represents:
· a premium of approximately 101 per cent. to the Low & Bonar share
price on 19 September 2019 being the latest practicable dealing day before
this Announcement of 7.7 pence per share; and
· a premium of approximately 119 per cent. to the Low & Bonar 30
trading day volume weighted average share price for the period ended 19
September 2019.

There is RNs issued Friday 20 @ 17.30. Just look for it ...

That's not a gap on daily charts. Hourly, 2 hourly and 4 hourly yes but not on daily.
If you want see gap on daily charts look at chat: chose 3 months, candlestick and look at 31 May and 3 June- that is a gap on daily chart imo.

There is no gap on daily charts : yesterday high was 74.7 and today its opened at 71.25, I bought at 73 .2 a few.
So yes its opened at higher end of yesterday trading range but there is no gap to close. imo

Recovery of share price could create short squeeze-they could move very fast into £1 + or even £2+ territory

Yesterday buying and today we may have trend reversal supported by volume and RNS-progress made by company imo.

Share price should recover if they menage turn around without ri/oo to fill shorters imo

Yes, but we are AWARE that Angus have cash from recent placing for just over £3M and £2.5M for Saltfleetby new gas asset ,that Brockham sale it's ongoing and about planning application for Balcombe.
We are aware of all that info and update on any of this it,s not sensitive , you know it,s coming just don't know when. Day to day running of company aka operations update it's not prohibited either imo dyr.

That for 31 Dec2019. They burn ca.£1.3 mil. in 6 months over 200k a month so now it's ca. £2.2 mil left.imo dyr

Now with 0% interest rates and gold being noticed one more time by investors Parry may be onto "something"!!!
Uber Alibaba and many more weren't on stock market from day 1 but listed as a more mature companies with valuation in billions. Maybe just maybe they are doing this same -only time will tell...gl

Much more going on here. In last 4 days ca.195 mil. shares changed hands so we need a few more tr-1's to know who is buying them all and where they came from. Yesterday buys of 11 mil and 4 mil in one go that's not pi!!! imo

Administration I think. From 7 June RNS:

"If Resolutions 6 and 7 are not approved at the General Meeting the Company will be unable to raise the Additional Funds.
In the event that the Company is unable to meet such obligations as a result of the failure of the Subscription to complete and/or the failure to raise Additional Funds by 31 July 2019, it is unlikely that the Company will be able to continue trading and it is highly likely that the Directors would need (in order to fulfill their duties to the Company's creditors (and to other applicable stakeholders)) to place the Company into administration."

Sp was up 100% on Friday so little profit taking. Need some update to move this up plus volume it's very tin so will move quickly when ready.
Company it's cash rich and expertise rich so they have time for new developments (production or service). Not many (any???) companies on AIM with £12mil. cash and £4mil mcap. Just be patient imo dyr
