So basically company it's starting a new with ca.£15 mil.(as end of 2018 so now it's less ???) after paying dividend and exiting old business.
Now company it's providing slicing services for high technology ceramics and optics industries in Germany by applying wire sawing expertise to cutting of non-silicon materials.
It's new business focus as of now so new start for company imo dyr

On IG platform you have repeated RNS from yesterday but not here:
"Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

I just done bit of research:
-consolidation 22:1
-cash ca;£12 mil.
-still made 1.6 mil profit last year (with redundancies and costs of closing down uk plant ??!!!)
It's fills kind of cheap at 5 mil mcap imo dyr

Very risky. Free float ca. 70 mil. by today volume no many sellers at this level and company it's funded atm so no to discounted placing. It may drop to 6-6.5p if some impatient investors sells but I doubt. Now bit of patience is required for results of progress imo dyr

Koovs was cash starved and this resulted in reducing marketing and stock level -less sales and revenue.
Now they have funding and "web traffic up 50% at 75.9m compared to 2018, social media base increased to 2.7m followers, first three months of calendar 2019 with GOV increasing by 67% to £4.4m compared to the same period in 2018. "
Just need more "green shots" and share price will improve. Plus thin volume today shows that not many sellers are left on this level imo dyr.

This board it's little to quiet-not many followers/traders/investors/punters to move share price atm but yesterday price action shows that it can move very quickly on RNS.

"The Company must issue 50,000,000 Shares and 62,500,000 Options to the Investor at the time of closing the Agreement. The Options are each exercisable at $0.016 and expire 3 years".
Looks like its more there and more strings attached so dyr.

So basically from July they can convert to 13 382 482 (MAX) at ca.0.9 pence.
In day like today we traded already over 15 166 752 so if they converted today all could be taken in like 3 hours of trading!!!!
Plus they can't convert as of now and company can buy them back if they produce and generate revenue.Not so sure this notes are that scary. Bit of buying pressure and this could go easily up. imo dyr

"Within 60 days of completion of the Agreement (Initial Period), the Investor may convert, at any time and on more than one occasion, a maximum aggregate of 13,382,452 Shares at $0.016.

BOD with Charles Street it's looking to take company from shareholders on cheap!! If they have any dignity they will make tender offer and delist.

They need 75% and have 55% and they say that "likely" resolutions will be passed!!!

From Finals:
"revenue growth on 2017 with Q4 2018 revenue closing just short of the entire revenue for FY 2017.For 2018 as a whole, revenue increased 154% on 2017."....

EGM tomorrow so proxy votes are counted and brokers have green light they can start selling shares with nice 300%-400% mark up to Joe street. This placing probably will rise £350k for EDL(after fees,EGM costs etc.)and +£1mil. for brokers (city boys-you know why they are rich !!!) . Stay out for my dyor
