Just saw that . Hoped it was dilution. It is a sale . Not great

To be fair , given the low trade volumes, l think anybody will struggle to off load sizeable quantities of shares ATM without crashing the price . So VENUS might be longer term holders by default . I believe they are at least going to hold the balance of the shares , as they can envisage a strong upside , and hold too many shares to be a constant seller without regular positive news to sell in to . IMHO .

If that is the outcome , which was outlined in the Prospectus , ie to pay Mercator in cash , this can surely only be viewed as a positive from a shareholders POV . As SYME obviously believe their cash position is sufficient going forward. We will wait to see whether this stance is too optimistic.

Thought with all the new shares being issued and what is going on in the background , we might have seen more activity !

Forgive my ignorance, are you suggesting AZ and DW have done some sort of deal for the £3m+,
mentioned , which part satisfies the full charge between their respective private companies ?

Whilst the article might be 3 months old , it reflects on what is trying to be achieved at the moment , which in itself is critical to the company’s future . Therefore , it is important to restate it , if nothing else , as a counter balance to the repetitive rubbish which we get bombarded with on this board from the uninvested. Thank you.

Although I would have welcomed a response from Vechain reflecting their view.
Secondly , I think a more detailed timeline of events going forward is required from AZ so the SP does not experience a post IM lull . I appreciate this is not one of AZ’s strong suits , nevertheless it is required. IMHO .

I use to have 10 million of these and bailed out @ £1 approximately a year ago , maybe longer. Still hold a million looking for the floor, so I can average down. Sadly I don’t think we are there yet , nor once we are there what is going to turn it around. I only kept the million on FOMO . Definitely not one of my better decisions. In a few other junior miners, and they are in a similar position.

These 4million buys are getting terribly repetitive. Lol .

I am with Aj Bell . Entitlement shares showing across and included in 3 accounts. Warrants now showing. Excess shares still the same as Friday.

Some excellent posts . Also AZ & Venus aren't taking their entitlement. However , why would you offer individual shareholders multiple of 10's of millions of excess shares , if you forsee no need ? Could they expand the cash call ?
