The way I read that , rightly or otherwise, was the additional money namely $40m , was available , hence the word , opportunity. Potential further funding in addition to the $40m would be sought elsewhere.

Personally , I believe it was a transfer because the two transactions were at the same price ,but at a different value to the ones in between . Secondly, the sheer size of the transactions , which weren’t entirely unexpected. And most importantly if Nobby thinks it is Venus , I can immediately rule that out because Nobby is usually/ always wrong.

Excellent news. Actually managed to buy 10k @10am today , ahead of the news . As I said about a week ago , thinks do seem to be finally falling into place . Long may it continue .

The SP is currently up around 10% + or - today , which is what I would have expected yesterday after a very positive RNS . Is the market waking up to the implied implications contained within the announcement ?

A very astute observation. Would make sense .

To be honest the cold hearted and most mean spirited of derampers is going to have to work very hard to sell this as anything but being very positive , especially on these terms and with a main stream lender .
Just recently there have been a few signs the we have the makings of a proper business. Long overdue . However , l do agree with Savvy the PI has been ‘played’ in this . IMHO .

I notice Omni crossed the threshold on the same day as AZ, 6th October, so it’s dilution and not selling at a loss , as you suggested earlier.

My point is within a week of their purchase, the share price doubled , so it is prehaps not surprising they may have off loaded some then .

With respect Nobby , nowhere can it be shown they sold at a loss . They probably sold into a spike , took a profit , and only through the addition of new shares was a Tr1 required. You are just putting in a negative twist on it , although their part sale is not a good look.
