If GDR had put even 1 FDA application in by now we would not be in this mess as I'm sure USA investors would be on board.

I don't believe Ian Gilham was/is unaware of the importance of the FDA applications so i wonder quite what is going on here.

Why not submit one and see how it goes? We have data from the NHS and if we need some data from the USA we have half a year to get it done! FFS!

It is however incredible that the Directors only have 8,827,307 shares and so they are risking, bigtime, losing their jobs if you ask me.

I get your point. 9m shares is more than all the Directors combined, however we don't know what support thay have from others I suppose.

But how on Earth can that be measured as there are no disclosed holdings of 3% or more.

So until an up to date vote, no-one actually knows the truth.

One thing is for sure 1.41% shows what little faith the Directors have.

Maybe he will grab more if there is a placing and there is the share dilution than reduces the share price.

Personally I hope a bid comes in from an established medical equipment supply Company who is used to selling to the EU. Also I would like a new Chairman as Ian has been overseeing this for years and it's not good, is it?

Deadline to vote in order to give the Directors authority to issue more shares is next Monday 12 ish I think. Any takeover, or RNS to take affective control tomorrow, or Monday I presume. This situation is incredible. 9m shares to take control and run the Company at current ask price of .05p = £450,000. Must admit the Directors are either brave or stupid to put themselves in this position. An established medical machine supply Company could easily take control or take them completely over. It's quite unbelievable.

How can you blame Gino for that. In this country Companies are not informed before official announcements as corruption and bribery are less common. He would only have been told "it should be" rather than "it will be". Obviously it has not happened yet. But certain people have done emails, weeks ago, to mp's and Mr Streeting...... That is why he knows.
