"The writing is on the wall" as they say. OPEC, Russia, Saudi, and frankly any oil producing Country or within a country Company CANNOT survive with WTI @ $20 or below. In fact most cannot survive with WTI below $30. IT could not contunie and now I believe it will not contimue as the players want to live NOT die. It really is as simple as that. OPEC, Russia and the USA are already seeing the fallout from WTI $20 and they are petrified. Petrified because $20 was about to become $15 or less. They will do a deal because they have to. I believe it will put WTI to above $30 minimum.

work out the % of oil over supply. Say 10%?
Then get the figures for how much the USA, OPEC and Russia supply.
Then proportionately reduce the supply so they reduce by 10% of what they currently supply per day.
So if the USA supplies 13m barels a day they cut by 1.3m barrels.
Relatively easy to work out, BUT......
They have got to something MAJOR here for obvious reasons.
