Brent crude price is extremely worrying. Only so much storage via tankers too.
Could Brent crash to sub zero like WTI did yesterday? I really don't know enough to judge that to be honest.

that the traders obviously thought it was too risky to buy WTI oil via the May contract as they were unsure whethr there was any where to store it. Why do they think there will be for storing the June contract oil? Do we really think enough is going to be drawn down for the same mental situation not to happen again in 3 weeks?

Here's a recent reuters article saying WTI oil May contract oil was UP ....... wait for it...... $21.96c (yipee!) to oh erm..... MINUS $15.67 ........... YES MINUS AS IN BELOW ZERO $15.67. LOL!!!!!!

OK the actual price of oil is not minus $37.
Having said that that trading platform has been open since 1983 and this has NEVER happened before.
Looks like we are very close to ALL the oil storage facilities are FULL UP with WTI oil that, for the moment at least NO ONE WANTS!!!! I mean if it could be sold then these storage facilities would not be full up, would they!! You don't have to be Einstein to work it out. This is why I'm out for now. This is front page news and it's not good. Wait 'til you see tomorrows papers. It will be "Traders can't give away WTI oil", in fact they have to pay the supposed BUYER to take it off their hands. YOU COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP!!!!!! LOL!!!

One would argue that PMO produces and sells Brent crude as opposed to WTI crude.
Brent is at $25.37c as I type this. Apparently WTI oil for the June contract is @ $22.
Then some would argue that most Companies to break even need $35 to $45 Brent crude price so there is a problem.
For PMO at least, the price of Brent needs to go minimum $35 by July. Up until then 37% of oil production is hedges @ $64.
I'm out as this is scaring the crap out of me and i fear the negative WTI price for the May contract will nagatively affect the porice of Brent. Indeed it is now $25.26c and was over $27 this morning.

WTI @ $21 IS A DISASTER for the likes of Occidental, Marathon and Noble oil in the USA. A DISASTER.
$25 for Brent is $10 short of break even for most non-shale Co's as well. So disasterous here too.
I suspect Trump will do something. Let's just hope that if he does it does not trash the price of Brent in the process.
I'm out of PMO as of late today. If this does not frighten you then nothing will! I fear Brent will crash, although it won't be anything like what happened to WTI today.

happened bofore (negative prices) and what is going to change for June? I mean if the storage places for WTI are full to the brim NOW why would they be lower in June. Don't tell me..... the 10m barel oil cut. Ovbviously everyting is ok then! LOL!

Was extremely worried about the price of WTI as it was struggling to stay $10. Looks like I may have done the right thing for a change. That said Brent is still, amazingly enough is at $25. I still have some Cairn. Of course the WTI situation does not mean all Co's that sell WTI will go bust tomorrow. I have a feeling Mr Trump will have been informed and I can't see him not doing something about it. Interesting times, to say the least.
