I think there was a holder who needed to cover other losses who sold a load over the last few weeks. Maybe they have sold out now, or are keeping the rest? Anyway we are at about the high for last few weeks I think.

Unless PMO can negotiate a fantastic deal I really think they should batten down the hatches and ride out the storm without doing the BP deal, at least until Brent is North of $40.

I would not be so sure about the price of brent if I were you. I fancy we will see brent $15 before we see Brent $40, in 8 months time, if we are lucky. IMHO Premier really need to put this deal back and concentrate on reducing running costs further.

I have sold out true. However you will find I have on numerous occasions when I was holding posted I thought there was no way they would go ahead with buying the BP North sea assets in this environment. I really find that they might still go ahead totally shocking. I doubt if I am the only one somehow! Reality check. Brent is $21.82 and Mr durrant also said in the video they need Brent to average $30 to break even for this year. That is nearly a third more than it is now.

current environment. I looked at the video last night and all seemed very sensible (shelving Falklands oil etc), then Mr Durrant said they were still in talks with BP. Does this mean they may still do a fund raise, partly with a rights issue with Brent under $22? This is totally alaming frankly. IMHO this deal should be put on hold until brent recovers to North of $40.

I'm surprised oil price is up as this seems a tad serious. I would guess for several more weeks at least (assumiong the 10m barrrel a day cut is enough??) the World is going to be producing a lot more oil than it can possibly use. Is the market taling this on board, or is Brent going to nose dive to $10?

a month or so more before things really start to pick up (I hope). This oil storage problem is bad now, as we know. What is it going to be like in a month? Are there enough oil tankers to store all this oil? We have seen what happened (and i think will repeat in 3 weeks time) with WTI oil. I mean........ is it possible the same could happen to the price of Brent? There must be a finite limit for oil storage in the World. It stands to reason it must be possible for that to simply run out. I'm looking to get back in here, but this is bothering me. I mean the World I reckon wil not even start (if the cut was big enough??) to draw down of the oil storage for at least another MONTH. See what I mean???
