Interesting Halfords (HFD) results are on 2nd June. I can easily imagine the sp improving a lot in the next 3 weeks. Hold through the results??? Not sure about that one! Do your own research of course.
Regarding PMO the sp fluctuates several percent a lot, so 26 or 24p may well happen. We will see.

PMO dipped to 28.5p at some point today looking at my screen.
I fancy it will dip to 26p, or even 24p some time next week.

Regarding Halfords they obviously will take a hit, however I'm betting the hit is far less than one might think considering they almost have a monopoly on bikes in the whole Country and millions of people are locked down wanting to get out and about. Cycling is what loads of people are doing. Just look at how many are on the roads. Also bike spares. How many bikes have been dagged out of the shed with punctures etc.... IF Halfords do re-instate the dividend we will be looking at £1.60 again IMHO. Currently £1.02p.

Bought some Halfords (HFD) earlier. Most stores still open, good web site, so you can visit store and ask for what you want (not allowed inside), click and collect, or they deliver to you. Millions in lockdown have/will be buying a bikes for exercise, or cycle to work and avoid public transport. They suspended the dividend a month or so back, but I suspect it might be re-instated due to bike sales etc.. Also what competition do they have? Almost none. If you say Amazon I think you have to assemble the bike yourself. I belive with click and collect from Halfords they do that for you for free.
Sp was £1.60 before lockdown. Now £1.02 having recovered from 56p crash when the lockdown was announced and there was a massive sell off of everything.

Google:- Over 230 species of fish live in the North Sea. Cod, haddock, whiting, saithe, plaice, sole, mackerel, herring, pouting, sprat, and sandeel are all very common and are fished commercially.
Maybe they should suppliment the oil income with fishing? Could you not throw a giant net over the side, then drag uit in later?

let's face it if the oil price followed logic then a computer program would be all you needed.
To me, at least very little has changed that should affect the oil price.
A few snippets of good news like here in the uk "we have passed the peak".
Good but we are months away from being anywhere near back to normal.
Only some miraculous treatment or a vaccine will get the World out of this mess.
In fact a treatment that works would be better as a lot quicked than a vaccine thinking about it.
I see Brent between $18 and $28 for several weeks. No doubt I will be wrong. LOL!!!

"Crude cuts to kick in tomorrow". In a way, yes. back in Saudi, Russia at the terminals where the oil is exported. But that effect will take several weeks to get to the other end where it mnatters! Then if they do the 10m we just need the other 20m to appear from the smog! LOL! These other producers are just going to cut production 'cos OPEC etc would like them to?? No doubt by the end of the first week in May everyting will be back to normal. World using 100m barrels a day again to gradually use up the oil stored World wide that is so much we were wondering if there was enough storage left anywhere!!! These tiny, tiny bits of good news are welcome but the size of this BIBLICAL crisis is IMHO not understood even by the markets. I don't think we will see Brent @ $35 even for at least 3 months. As far as the economy recovering that is yet to even tentatively start here in the UK. It will be IMHO TWO YEARS before the UK economy is anything like it was just 3 months ago. Also the Government will be taxing the hell out of everyone to recover the money they are spending. This whole thing is a monumental physical and economical disaster of biblical proportions.

Crazy I would say. We know children can have it and show no symptoms. Schools are excellent places for a virus to spread. So opening uo schools so the infection spreads in the schools and obviously back to the parents is simply crazy if you ask me. I can't think of a much worse idea frankly. Utter madness IMHO.

It is frustrasting when a share price goes up based on nothing factual.
Fact, Brent is $23.40c, $12 below the average price the \CEO said PMO need util the end of the year to break even.
Fact. If PMO win the court case appeal to raise the money to buy the BP assetts they may have to use a rights issue for some of the funds.
Fact. The BP deal was great when Brent was what $55! Unfortunatel Brent is $23 and IMHO unlikely to improve for at least a few months. Note PMO need it to improve to $35 or more, not just a few $.

It's all over the news if you look. There has been for the last few months and there stil is massive over supply of Brent crude oil.
So we have had over supply for months, we still have over supply and as far as i can see for at least the next few months we wilL still have over supply. The only people who can't understand this are in denial of the facts. Ignore all the news, all the articles, all the advice from the big institutions saying there is still a massive problem if you want!!
Crazy. Will all come home to roost in the next few weeks I'm sure.
