No board of Directors who knew what they are doing would take over 1 year and 2 months to do this application. They are fixated, along with a lot of shareholders, on the NHS.

Is. Put it this way. It is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THE COMPANY NEED TO DO, and has been for over a YEAR! Why? Because USA Plc's will see the application go in to the FDA and our share price could double/triple. Maybe because I have followed shares for 25 years I know something you and the Directors of this Company obviously don't. If they could have done the application by now but decided to concentrate on the NHS instead the Directors HAVE made a monumental appauling mistake. Unforgivable. They had better have a very very good reason why they have STILL not done it.

Options the Directors have. Maybe they are considering recommending a bid offer from some Company? Maybe some person, as the market cap is so low some professional footballer not even in the premier league coukld buy Genedrive at the moment. 2.5p a share please.

I think the market had priced in the possibility of a "no" vote which would have been a disaster. That is why the market cap dropped to just £3m and the shares are 0.45/0.55p. They dropped to there from around 0.8 to 0.95p if you look at the charts. Now a complete company failure, at least in the short term, has IMHO been avoided so of course it is good news and in fact the Company is instantly in a far better position than it was. Gino had better be working 24/7 on the FDA application.

Placing tomorrow. It gives the Directors permission to do one if they need to. Who knows what other options they have. Expect the sp to zoom up as the market will see this as good news. Back to 0.8p or better?

Personally I can't see Myriad Genetics not doing some sort of deal with AGL that is financially significant.

1. It is already proven that Angle's "dual analysis" finds about 50% more cancer biomarkers that CtDna alone, or tissue analysis.

- So this is a technical issue to add this to the existing tissue analysis Myriad already do, with thousands of clients.

2. Adding the analysis of CTC's would be fantastic publicity for Myriad. This alone, with the sales capability of a Company like Myriad will make a lot of money for them. Just to be able to say "including CTC analysis" is worth a fortune in itself.
